Getting back on track with recording my meals and eating healthier. Feeling very motivated to get this last 10-15 lbs off!
Had a great workout last night. Went crazy with Exercise TV On Demand. Did a Biggest Loser Workout, then Billy Blanks Jr, and then Kendra Kickboxing. Also did 10 min on my elliptical. I feel great!

Finally updated my profile pic and yes, I chopped off my hair! I've been wanting to go natural (no chemical relaxers) for a while now, but I was scared! But losing weight has given me more confidence to try new things. I figured...it's just hair and it will grow back. I've been natural for 2 months now and I love it! My scalp feels a lot more healthy and I'm even more confident than before!
