Good Morning,

I started this mostly raw diet, with my own little twist. I woke up this morning feeling pretty good. My body feels like it went under a mini transformation some how. My love handles feel and look like they have shrunk. I did my regular work out, running and some toneing moves. It is kinda wierd how different I feel this morning. Now I am not vegan or veggie. I eat a fruit in the morning as normally I am hungry. When that wears off I have my green drink. With 1 banana, an apple, 30 g of flax seeds, spinach, cucumber and carrots. Soynuts and popcorn an oz of beef jerky for a snack. Dinner 30z of chicken, turkey or fish with a veggie and pea polentia. That totals 1400ish cals a day. Feeling really good and had a few glimmers of hunger. However I can only blame myself for those. Nothing is more important than takeing care of your needs first.
