Good Morning! Have you checked the official Atkins site. They have sample diets for each phase that you can look at and see what it should look like. If you join the site, and it's free, they will actually send you some complimentary great tasting treat bars in the mail along with their carb counter guide for free. Of course, these days no one needs a book really with the net but I love those bars. What you can and can't have is also dependent on that phase you are in as well. Check it out! Much success ....... bikini season is right around the corner. =)
