I am easing into phase 2 and I am feeling like im cheating by adding carbs lol...I am going to some familys house this weekend and im so scared of going off the program. I figure I will have a test of will power to deal with. I am having some weird pains in my gut? wonder if its the fat burning lol... probally gas but i can hope (haha)

Getting through the weekend is tough! My husband snacks all the time, and its hard to watch and cleanup after him. I had some of this low fat, low carb wheat bread with breakfast. 1 slice 4carbs.. toasted and then scrambled eggs with green pepper/mushrooms and provolone. was quite tasty and I felt like I was cheating but its wasnt so bad.. spinach salad for lunch and chicken salad for dinner.

Well i finally cheated. :( I was out in town today with my kids and I always take them to Mcdonalds after. Well instead of breaking the habbit, like a force i was there and eating before I knew it :(( Im so disgusted.. I have to make better choices and make a better influence on my children. I know I have lost too, but I dont own a scale so i only will know when I go to my dr next week. hope I didnt mess up my progress too much.
