I ate 3500 calories today
Today I ate 3500 calories, but I burned 2500 calories with cardio and some workout and stationary bicycle. But I ate 200g of peanut butter and 50g of nutella, total 100g of sugar, but 250g of carbs and 150g of protein, but 205 g of fat. Will I gain weight?

lose 20lbs in 3 months
Till today I was consuming 2500 cals a day which 300-350g carbs and 100-200g sugar. So unhealthy. I need some advice about how much calories carbs and sugar I should consume a day. Im also sweettooth. I need to lose 20lbs in 3 months.

I tried to eat just fruit, but I binge on it. Always. Before I was very active, I was running, cycling, walking, lifting weights, doing cardio and etc. Now, when I gained I feel like a whale. Now I can do just low impact and walk. Sometimes, maybe 3-4 times a week I spend 2 and more hours on stationary bike or on a walk. And thanks Smile
