Try the GM diet... it reeaaaalllyy works... i lost 4 kgs in a week...
I Thought it was for Heart patients needing to lose weight before surgery.
I have used this diet and it works the only difference is, is that there is a soup that you are suppose to be eating as well. You are guaranteed to lose at least 10 lbs.

Hunger
Don;t know if this will help you , but i usually cut up a Golden Delicious or Red Delicious Apple into a tupperware bowl add Cinnamon and Splenda or Stevia (1teaspoon)you cannot convince me it doesn't taste like apple pie.
You could also try Oikos greek yogurt with honey it is so thick it is like having ice cream. ;}
