My weigh in is tomorrow, but I don't think there will be a change. My calorie counting and low carbs has been good this past week. I've lost 2" in my belly. I see where a lot of fsers say they feel better and I finally can say the same. Even though my loss is only 10 pounds total, I do feel better. When I am walking, I don't notice my fat belly anymore. It doesn't bounce and stick out like before. I have to tighten my belts to keep my pants on. But I'm at a plateau. I made the fat flush booster drink, yuck. I put too much cilantro and parsley, and lemon. It was too strong. I will go back to the whey drinks and hot lemon water.

I'm at a plateau. I've got to do a fat flush drink to restart my loss. I've dropped 12 lbs since I restarted tracking my calorie intake on FS. I just gotta get more serious. Ive lost 2" off my waist. So something is happening. Hopefully I will see a change by Monday's weigh in.

I had total knee replacement 10 months ago. My knee has returned to 90% normal. I have numbness around the outside of my knee and sometimes it feels like an ace bandage is wrapped tightly around it. I can now do exercises, squats and planks, and more but I haven't gotten out of my lazy stage to explore them. I did not think my knee would get back to this point. Each month something better happens to it and I am happy I went through the pain to have a painless knee when walking. Woo hoo. I did 30 squats today and will do a 40 second plank tonight. I'm getting into exercising even though I hate it.

I started drinking the hot lemon water today. Fat flush diet, it supposedly drops the weight by flushing fat from the body. I just need to remember to drink two per day. If it works, I might be 8 pounds lighter next week. Dropped my RDI to 1200. Hope this works. I really like food, so I don't want to hit a really strict diet.
