Accomplishment
I bought a copper back support brace for heavy work in my yard. It is a size 36", I barely got it on. Stopped using it because it was too tight. I tried it on today and it is 3" larger than my waist. Voila!, I lost 3 inches and 13 pounds since I started trying. I still want to get below the 187 number so I can work towards 185.

Dang it. I'm up and down with that 1-1 1/2 pound roller coaster. I hit a plateau again. I feel like I could eat all day long with sweets and carbs. I stay within my caloric limit. But it just ain't falling off. Not going to give up, but tonight is going to be a favorite meal. Still within my allowance though unless I just pig out.

I'm in the 180s again. I have 3lbs to go. When I reach 185, I will set a new goal of 180. That way shorter goals show more progress. Still hoping to stay with it.

Well I did it again. I went over my carbs limit 3 times this past week. But I am down 2 lbs. I gotta stay off carbs, everything else stays under.
