Hypothyroid
If you are hypothyroid, you need to go to the doctor and get synthroid. I am hypothyroid and have a difficult time loosing weight because of it. I went off my meds for 3 years and gained and gained. I am now back on my medication and having a much easier time loosing weight, now I just have to stick to the diet. (without my medicaiton no diet ever worked fast enough for me) Anyway, if you think you have a problem go to your doctor, that is the only real way to fix the problem.

I am also on induction. I just started on Monday 7/30/2012. Down 2.2 lbs as of this morning. I hope I have losses like yours, that would really help keep me on track. Anyway, congrats and good luck to us all.

Propel Zero Water
I drink multiple diet sodas a day, and I love the propel zero for my water. I buy it as a powder and add it to my water bottles when I don't want plain water. I have never had any problems with it and I believe it is perfectly healthy and as good as drinking plain water. For some people it is the only way they can get the water down because they just don't like water, so I say if it works for you go for it.
