I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but carry a few extra kilo's mostly because my in Laws eat out.....ALOT! The food is always lovely, but kcal LOADED! PLUS I join my mother in law with a sweet tooth and we ALWAYS have dessert and I join my father in law by enjoying a beautiful bottle of wine. This creates bad habits and a general sweet tooth, so I occasionally treat myself mid week too! My husband and I enjoy icecream after dinner most nights - and usually buy the most indulgent brand! (My husband is skinny!).
My usual habits are be good for a while (few weeks) and can lose reasonably easy to about 70-71kg..... then be bad and pop back! My weight is usually 68kg at lowest and 74kg at highest. As long as I remain active I can usually stay at ~73kg. Last time I was at 68kg I wanted to get to 65kg, but waivered off track. My Mum joined this site, so I decided to join her!! I think 65kg will remove the few lumps and bumps that I don't like!
My Goals:
1. No icecream at home.
2. Limit to small serve icecream or small dessert 1/week.
3. Avoid fried foods when eating out, or if impossible (usually my father in law orders for everyone and we all share several dishes), really limit my portions.
4. Exercise at least 5 days per week -running, sport or cycling.
5. General avoidance of CRAP.
6. Record intake on fat secret to keep to kcal goals.
