Day 2 of egg fast-
Day 1 did not go too bad though I was pretty hungry most of the day. Today I've decided to add more eggs.. I mixed a raw egg into my BPC and so far I'm happy. Tomorrow I may add 2 eggs to it since I'm used to having 2 eggs every morning. I may add more eggs with fat to my meals today, depending on how hungry I get though I am worried about calories. I have found that I have to be conscious about calories and carbs to lose weight. I have good energy though. I'll probably make the BPC part of my regular routine.
I'm thinking that my weigh-in yesterday morning was a fluke because this morning I'm 2 lbs heavier. I had mentioned that I was surprised that I lost weight, and the scale sometimes says different things depending on its mood, the time of day, if I've peed or not, the way I'm standing, or whether I've properly done the weight loss dance a few times around it... oh, that games we play! :)
It's too early to tell if it will make a difference for me but I'm sticking to it.

Day 1 of experimenting with an egg fast to break through a stall. Well, it was recently shark week for me and usually I stall after it. Was surprised to see this morning that I had lost weight over the weekend but I'm continuing with the egg fast as planned. Usually I would have a high carb day to break through the stalls but I'm tired of gaining some just to lose some more then stalling again. I'm curious about the egg fast and if it works I would rather fast to break through it. (not looking for suggestions or opinions about this fast, tyvm) :)
So far so good. Bulletproof coffee for breakfast and chugging down water. Planning deviled eggs the rest of the day for the required fat to egg ratio. Then trying scrambled eggs made with mayo for dinner. Going to get more creative tomorrow.
