Atkins..i'm trying really trying, but if i have to eat another egg or piece of meat i'm going to bar
Why do people think Atkins is a high protein diet???? It's not. It's high fat. I've been doing atkins for 7 months, down 71 pounds, cholesterol is down to 185, blood pressure normal, and have no kidney stones.

I'm 38, male, eat 2300 calories a day, and am never hungry or have cravings. It works for me because I learned and followed the rules. Now I'm reaping the benefits of it.
