37 year old mother of a teenager. In my younger years, I wasn't supermodel weight but was thin. Of course, at the time, I thought I was gigantic.
Then, I got pregnant with my daughter in 2001 and my metabolism changed for the worse. I couldn't eat whatever I wanted anymore. At my heaviest, I was 230 lbs. Making small changes and increasing my activity led me to lose 50 lbs (down to 180) in 2012, I think. Since then, I have regained 20 of those pounds.
I have begun, again, to make small changes to my diet and am working towards being more active again. And, I've set my sights on a loftier goal this time.
