I have always maintained some type of fitness routine, but after having my twins I'm finding it very hard to get the weight back off. Before my pregnancy two years ago my weight was between 175-180, but in all acutality I looked smaller than that because of my height, as well as a little muscle definition. After the twins were born I weighed 247 lbs so I've lost 27 lbs on my own, but I want to remain focused so I came across this website and thought I would test it out.

I'm also a member of Myfitness Pal which is an awesome website with awesome people so I'm comparing the two and hoping for great success with both!

Is This The Only Weight Loss Website You Use?
I'm just curious how many people have lost weight using this website only?

I have joined other websites, and the caloric goal they recommended for me to lose weight was much more less than what fatsecrets recommend.

Any responses would be greatly appreciated, thanks! Smile

Calorie Count too restrictive?
Well they say that for a woman (If you're a woman)that you're calorie intake should be no less than 1200 a day because anything lower than that will make your body go into starvation mode; which will cause you to hold onto the weight eventually because the body will start to believe that's all the nutrients it's going to get. I say if that's what's working for you then stick with it, and if you hit a wall then just adjust your calories a little to eat more, or you can zig zag back and forth 1000 one day and 1200 the next. Congrats on the weight loss!
