Hi, My name is kiisha. I am a teen who is trying to turn my life around for the better. I have basically been overweight all my life. Without even thinking about my health through out these years, I finally realize that it's time for me to get my life together.

Why I Want To Get In Shape:
Avoid health risk problems in my family due to

Be a dancer
Fit in prettier clothes
Feel confident in my self

My Program:
*Exercise 3 - 4 times a week
-Walk/Jog 2 miles in the morning
-Walk/Jog 2 miles in the evening
-Spark teen Video
*Drink 8 - 10 cups of water a day

*Limit the junk food

*Lose 20lbs Before school

*Write in your journel everyday.

*Weigh In every saturday

Hey, My name is Kiisha.

I'm 19 years old, not in college but I do have a full-time job.

I have been on my weight loss journey since 2010, and I was doing so well until my senior year in high school. I expected so much out of me when it came down to losing weight but instead, I let myself go and kind of gave up. My parents kind of sorta stressed to me how school was more important, and I understand it so much which led me to ok whatever thought... but anyways since I graduated I gained 35 pounds which I've been weighing about 240-250.

So recently I decided to make up a weight lost challenge. I have said this so much but haven't accomplished it.. and I feel like a record player that keeps skipping by repeating my self over. But I am feeling confident about it because I have been getting back on track. But I have started a 20 week challenge for myself..... I think it is very reasonable for myself. I am excited and ready to get down.

My weight is 248.8 and ready to lose about 30 pounds by the end of the year. Good Luck to all and stay positive.

I messed up on my weigh-in
I have messed up on my weigh-ins and I didn't realize it. How do you reset it????

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I used to weigh myself once a week. Now I weigh myself once a month just to see my progress and how I'm doing each month.
