Im finally feeling better and getting back on track. I'm taking a different approach to my diet. I'm doing the atkins diet with my own twist. I still believe you need some carbs for natural energy etc. So I will still eat some fruits and a lot of Veggies. I do a protien shake for breakfast and one at lunch. Doing my diet this way makes me feel like I actually ate something and I'm not starving for something more. We shall see what the results are in a week or so.

So much for my success so far. I started getting sick on thursday and have not been able to work out since. Hopefully the chest clears out so I can at least do a little. Blew my eating too. Oh well guess I will start all over in a few days.

Well now I'm learning tons about calories. Now I learned that 1gram of fat has 9 calories in it. Im consuming way too many calories. I now have my answer of why.
