Well I don't know what to think about this bouncy ball weight issues. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and it flares up when it wants too. It can knock me on my A##. My weight was doing great and then Thursday, BLAM weight gain and lots of pain and inflamation in eyes etc. I am assuming the weight gain is from the Rheumatoid inflamation, but its still discouraging. Im hoping my new diet is not affecting my Rheumatoid. Rheumatoid arthritis causes inflamation in body organs as well and joints. If anybody might have any suggestions I'm all ears.

For all of you with gas and bloating problems I found some information on Web MD. There are a lot of foods that cause gas like dairy and sugar. Protein doesn't contribute to gas. Exercise helps to reduce gas. Take Beno, it breaks down sugar making foods easier to digest.

I dont get to workout today because I have to donate blood. Im not used to missing my workouts but it's for a good cause.
