Hi Missye! I am also new here. I have been on Atkins for 2 weeks and have lost 5 lbs. Truly, I was expecting more... Anyhow, I was just wondering how to get the tracker thingy on the bottom of the page? Anybody that could help, I would really appreciate it. I am sticking with this - because I like the food choices, and I am never hungry.
