I have been heavy my whole life, but I am on track now. I have lost 45 lbs in two years on Weight Watchers, and LOVE the new program they just introduced. I never feel hungry.

HELP!!!! How do I motivate myself to start excercising?? Once I have started to excercise regularly, I start to crave it, and it gets easier. It is the motivation to get starrted that I am having trouble with. Suggesetions?
