I take a lot of supplements but I am feeling great and working 50-60 hours a week at 62 years of age. Here is my normal supplementation.
Probiotic (10-20) 3 per day
Cod Liver Oil (2200 mg caps) 6 per day
Spirulina 9 grams per day
Chlorella 9 grams per day
Vitamin E (400 IU) 3 per day
Saw palmetto w/ pumpkin seed oil (160 mg each) 3 per day
Cal-mag-zinc (.5 g - 250 mg- 15mg) 3 per day
C-1000mg 6 per day
Men's multi (Smart Basics) 1 per day
Potassium Gluconate 99mg 3 per day
Super B Complex 3 per day
D3 1000IU 3 per day
