I have eaten total junk this week.I guess that plateau finally got to me and I just gave up.I've also had the most unbelievable allergy attack and ear infection this week.My will power was at an all time low when I started my cycle this week-tmi,but wth? LOL Okay.Here's the plan for recovering before I gain it all back: Easy run tonight with lots of water.Vitamin C and B complex and last zithromax (for ear).And begin fresh tomorrow,no regrets:)
