Holiday Dinners
What is everyone's approach to Holiday dinners? My family usually has one huge meal, where traditional homemade dishes are made on top of all of the sweets. This includes handmade egg noodles in a gravey that is served over mashed potatoes. Homemade Bread -- no bread machine, please, made the old fashioned way!! If I was just watching calories or eating healthy it would not be a problem, I would just eat a little of each and go on my merry way. But since I will just be off of Phase 1, and just introducing GOOD carbs, should I even eat just a little bit of two dishes where the main ingrediant is all purpose white flour?? The worst part is I'm the one that makes these dishes!! So, I'm going to spend literally 2 days making things I can't eat!!!

dance video??
I would try Hip Hop Abs or one of the Crunch series videos! I like them both, they both break down the moves pretty well and its the type of dance that you would do in a club or hanging with the girls. Dancing with the stars goes pretty fast and I can bare keep up with the steps. I haven't tried Richard Simmons (truthfully I didn't know he still made videos) in a long time. I've tried the Carmen Electra too, it's good, but low impact! I agree with Janeallas though, your best bet is to pick out your favorite music, close the blinds, and just have fun!! You are more likely to work harder if it isn't work!
