I'm 45 and aging. I was a slim person just a year ago and now find myself at an uncomfortable 170! Okay, so what I really want is to be toned up, fit my clothes better, and not run out of breath from easy tasks as well as have a bit more energy than I do. I'm a housekeeper, and I work hard. I have a puppy and she works me hard just keeping her active! I want to stay active and I want to feel good. Staying fit and eating well, and keeping the weight off isn't just about looking good or living a long life, because I dont care to live a long life, as much as I wish to live life well, w/o as much pain as possible, feeling good while living my life.
