Been fighting with weight for years now, esp. after having children. I lost 50 pounds on HCG four years ago, but as of now it's all back, plus 10. As I gained, I tried going back on HCG several times, but would only see about 14 lbs weightloss in a 40 day cycle. I finally decided to do something that would require eating SENSIBLY and EXERCISING, as much as I hate the latter. I am fine with slow weightloss as long as there is weight loss. I want to get back into the shape I was in a few years ago...I'm not looking for my 20 year old self, just one that fits comfortably into all the clothes I have in my closet...
