OKAY, THIS IS IT. Have emptied my cupboards and fridge of the toxic foods for me. Will be leaving in the morning for the weekend. When I return, I will write down everything I eat, and all my exercise. I will get control of my food plan and change my old habits to new healthy ones. I am going to do this for ME! I AM WORTH IT!

It has been awhile AGAIN I really do have good intentions, days get away from me. Tonight I am feeling tired and I can tell you exactly why. TOO MANY CARBS FOR DINNER. Why did I di it? Too lazy to cook and plan. I have been exercising every day and it feels great. Getting better at it and I can tell the difference in my pants. Working real hard on my tummy and arms. I notice my arms are looking flabby and fat. Cardio is still just walking, I am getting faster. Will probably not break into a jog though. And I ride the bike once in a while, not my favorite, too hard on my bottom.
Outside of this evening, my food plan has been very reasonable. Try to limit my carbs, not eliminate. I am craving routine, it eludes me. So I forget my vitamins and I need those. I do not do sun, need vitamin D. Think everyone benefits from a multi vitamin, I forget that also. Oh well, such is life, I love my life. I am truly blessed. Take care all, Nancy

Tomorrow is Memorial Day and I am thankful for all that have fought for our freedom. I feel blessed to live in this country.
Tomorrow I hope will be the first day of giving up diet soda. I have tried several times to eliminate it from my food plan, this time I plan to make it work. Before I have tried giving up too many thimgs at once. This week, I am only working on not drinking diet soda.
I believe I have regular exercise in my plan, have been doing this for at least 6 months. My hurdle is getting to the gym with a lot less caffiene in my body. Am sure it will take a few days, I am going to get there.
My food plan is another issue. I spent the last several weeks sewing 30 large carry bags. I worked pretty much non stop, 8 - 10 hours a day completing this project. Was not carful about my food intake. Will have to judge my progress after weigh in on Thurday. Have several more bags to complete, not under a deadline for those. The 30 have been delivered and all is right with that world.
I am cleaning off my desk so that I am not overwhelmed by clutter when I sit down here and journaling will be more fun. The older I get the more I dislike clutter. Will keep you all updated on my diet soda meltdown.
Take care, Nancy

Hi friends! It is again Monday, for the first time in a long time, (very, very long) I stuck with my plan over the weekend and can say honestly, I FEEL TONS BETTER! I am even out of town, I traveled on Sunday. Hoping I can keep with it, planning to keep with it.
I have exercised 3 of these days, took Sunday off. Why? When we know staying with the plan makes life easier, Do we venture off the path???? Why do we set ourselves up for failure?? If we knew the answer, we would all be thin. Life is taking one day at a time, doing the best we can with each moment and accepting that we are not perfect. On to the next moment.
For this moment I feel good about my healthy plan and I will try to stay the course. Take care, Nancy

Good morning all, Spring cleaning still. Will it ever end? I feel much better today, and yesterday was good. Think I have finally caught up from my last trip. Will again be traveling, much shorter time away. I gained 0.4 pounds this week, would have appreciated a loss, I can handle this. More in control, and so happy to not need a nap everyday. Workouts are going better and all seems right with my world. Now to finish my cleaning and get to sewing. I love my life.
Take care, Nancy
