Hello, I am 38 yrs old and have been struggling with my weight for well, my life. I have been all over the scale, but this is the first time that i have let the weight sit and add, which was not a good plan. I am motivated to stick with a plan, and to dedicate myself to a new lifestyle.

motivation
Ok lets see what i can do!

if you are being good that is the first step, the next step would be enjoying being good. have you added on to your walking or started any exercise programs? maybe that will help with the motivation.

i have a huge amount to loose, and just try to see the good things i did to keep me motivated, seeing i have a long road to travel. For me, i have been out in the garden, doing things outside and enjoying the weather.

and what about treating yourself for something, to show yourself how proud you are that you are following the program.

******OH i saw another post from you on your exercise, which is a good (awesome for me) level, so i missed the mark on my comment, but my intention was there to keep you motivated. Maybe you need to change up some of your meals, but my advise still is stay positive, and the scale will move, and while it doesn't take time to notice how you feel, rather that what the scale reads.
