I'm a few months away from turning 40 and I've only been at my ideal weight once in my life. My ultimate goal is to be healthy and energetic. I'm also an alcoholic so that brings it's own challenges, especially on a low carb/moderate protein/high fat diet. My life is far from perfect; but, I have been practicing mindfulness meditation and feel myself becoming happier and more peaceful every day.
My favorite part of the day is waking up and coming home to my awesome papillon/pomeranian 10 year old little man and a loving cat.
