Weight loss and the Pill?
hi my dr told me i might gain a little when i went on birth control i thought 5-6 lbs but very quickly put 30 on with no diet or exercise change tried exercising and diet but was way harder than when i got off the birth control it was like regular dieting it just made it soo hard i could not make any progress till i quit hope this helps. good luck Smile
