My 2024 goal is to make 70kg my maintenance weight ❤️

A healthy weight for my height is below 72.4kg. A medication, mirtazapine, had me put on 20kg over Autumn 2022, from 69 to 89kg. By February 2024, after a year on this app, I reached a healthy weight again! My health strategy is gentle movement most days, less sugary treats (hardest part), and filling up on protein, fruit & veg 😊

To reduce cravings and prevent blood sugar spikes, fibre should be eaten first in any meal (this slows down the absorption of carbs). Blood sugar spikes cause more insulin to be released, which makes you crave sugar even more!

I wish to be known for my weekly colourful tuna salad that I love to take pics of 😂. Btw, this app deletes my journal entries for no reason 🙃
