well so far so good, I'ts 6pm & I'm at 588 calories. I'm going to be going for my bike ride soon & my computer says its 104* outside. Me & my girlfriend go about 7pm its still hot but the breeze keeps us cool & by the time we get back the sun is almost down. I'm thinking about walking in the mornings around my neiborhood. I hate walking but its extra exercise. I wish I could go to the gym but No $$$ so I have to stick with mother nature.I dont exercise on sabbath or sunday so the extra exercise will help with my two day rest. I woke up today at 9:30am (yeah Me) & I was in bed by 12mid last night. So if I can keep this pattern & maybe going to sleep even by 11 or 11:30pm, I can wake up even earlier & go for those morning walks that I hate. LOL Before it gets to hot. Well got to get ready for my bike ride: tennies, cap, water, sunblock 90+spf for my face. I'll come back later to finish my day off. CHOW

today was another good day, I didn't over eat I actually went to bed by 12:30 & fell asleep I think by 1am last night. I'm not really sure cause I cover the clock cause I don't like any kind of light showing, but I'm sure it wasn't to much later. Then I woke up at 7:30am waaahoo! I think it was to hot for me to sleep cause we don't sleep with our air on as night. So by 6:30 which is the real time I woke up but went back to bed. It was already in the 80's in the house so by 7:30 I was up. I had a good bike ride today put my seat higher so now I really strecth out my legs when I peddle but I do sometimes get a cramp in my left calf but I just try to move my foot around to keep the cramp for becoming to big & painful so far so good. It was very hot, around 104* & thats at 7pm but I dont mind, I feel the more I sweat the more calories I burn. Well it's 11:54pm already so I think I'm going to head for bed even earlier today (Yeah Me), til tomarrow chow.

today was another ok day. this time I was over yesterdays calorie which is a little better but not way over my 1500 cal limit. my breakfast was not very good. I know I need to eat a good breakfast more than any other meal cause thats what gets your motabolizime going throughout the day but I'm not a breakfast person, I very happy with just coffee. so no points for me for BK. Although I ate cheetos very late cause I was hungry so those calories put me in the 1000,s zone. I was in the 700 zone & the cheetos were about 365 or something like that. wow thats alot of calories for a serving size. I actually went to bed way early I hit the pillow about 12:30 mid but it took me a while to actually fall asleep, not use to it. Hopefully I'll get use to it again. till tomarrow chow.
