Wow 506 calories today not so good. I know I need to eat more then that. It wasn't done purposely. I just got so busy with my job & running around, well mostly visiting my old job co-workers, that I didn't eat most of the day. Maybe its not so bad cause I did't exercise today. BAD ME. Although my old co-worker took me out for lunch which is the teriyaki chicken bowl. but because of my by-pass I can't eat alot at one sitting. So I took left overs home & had the same for dinner. & I still have half the bowl to finish. So theres my dinner for tomarrow. I'm going out for lunch for a business meeting so I'll probably get a half sandwich & soup maybe? I bought another watermelon yesterday YUMMY!! but I like to keep in the frig for a day or so before I cut it so it won't spoil as fast. but my last watermelon I think I ate it within 2 days YIKES. & this watermelon is much bigger & looks even sweeter(OH My) Hopefully I'll eat better tomarrow. today was a good day in eating although I ate alot of watermelon. I know watermelon is a good fruit to eat but like anything else to much of anything is fatning. & watermelon is my #1 favorite fruit then comes necterines. I'm still not going to bed early as I would like but still working on it. I'm trying to figure out how I can start going to the gym without paying an arm & a leg. I with I could find 4 other friends who want to go so we can get a discount. but hopefully doors will open. well until next time. CHOW

It's 6:51pm & all most time to go bike riding & I've only consumed 434 calories so far not so good but I'm really not feeling hungry & I know not eating enought is'nt good either. But I went visiting my sister today & we got to talking that I didn't even think about eating, but before I left I got one of her home made tortillas (Yummy) with butter. So that should hold me until after my bike ride. Hopefully I wont eat to late or the wrong things when I come back home. It wasn't to hot today. Right now its 99*F so not to bad. I'll write later if anything exciting happens thats worth wild. So until next time CHOW

Well I did good in keeping under my 1500 cal limit, but I ate to much of my snacks & thats were most of my calories came from. My lunch & dinner combined wasn't even more than my snacks. I need to watch my intake of snacks tomarrow. Exercise was good, we went out late today thinking it would be hot like it was yesterday but it wasn't. I really want to join a gym but no $$ Oh well I have to do with what I have. I was very,very bad with my bed time. I didn't go to sleep until 5am & woke up at 11:30am. Right now its 12:20mid & I'm here entering in my journal, but I'm going to go to bed now. I'm kinda tired. Until tomarrow. CHOW

Today I think I did good again, I didn't eat breakfast cause when I woke up at 8:30 which is early compared to the time I went to sleep. My babygirl was still asleep so I got up started to fold blankets, put clothes in the washer, do some dusting, made my bed. Then by the time my granddaughter woke up I had to give her my full attention. I didn't even have time to make my morning coffee. I didn't really sit & relax until about 2:00pm. I made my coffee put on the little mermaid,(her favorite)& waited until her corndog was ready. I ate a corndog also. Then she wanted to see beauty & the beast (her 2nd favorite) Mom & dad didn't come until about 3pm. Then I went to walmart in 110*degrees (HOT,HOT,HOT)My car read 115* when I got in, I could barely touch anything in the car. I wonder if tomarrow's bike ride will be that HOT. I hope not. Well until tomarrow. CHOW
