I am a 45 year old man that is tired of being that little too much overweight. Not fat but fat enough for people to say you are overweight.
I have started the one meal a day diet OMAN and it works great for me because I really don't have time to cook or eat healthily during the day and as I am now in China finding healthy food is a nightmare.
My goal is to get from 82.5kgs 178lbs (currently at 80.3) to 66kgs 144lbs
