Yes,it looks like I haven't recorded,but I go to WW and hand write everything down on paper with points and weigh the darn food,too. I do daily gym workouts--45mins to an hour. My increase is that I started back using the Wii,but not daily. I have a Jillian Michaels workout. I hope that will help. So,sorry,it did look like I was a slug! I think I need help to stay motivated to not fall off the "diet". BTW, Babs, your progress is impressive.

How about getting in those Veggies, Any Tips?! What are your favs?
I liked your tips. I also add things to my scramble egg(substitute) like spinach and mushrooms. The Geo.Forman comes in handy for grilling asparagus,green peppers,green beans,etc. Just spray with Pam spray. For salads----make ahead,like early in the day and keep in frig. Do not wait til you are hungry and are just concentrating on the main course.

Everyone hits the wall,I have been told. My wt hasnt
t changed in 2 weeks and I am faithfully following the plan and have even increased my exercise. What else can I do?Ω HELP

Drive-Thru Diet
Doesn't sound real. Just a way to get you to buy their food. Still need to count cals. or points and know all the ingredients.
