I AM A RUNNER! Ran my first (and last) first half marathon last Saturday in 2 hr 14 min. I still am amazed I can run for over 2 hours! 15 months ago I was working on running a mile with out a break. I'm really proud of my Twin Cities 10 mile race time from a few weeks prior 1 hr 39 min!!! That race was prior to my achilles issues. I've never really ran until last year, even though I was athletic, I just didn't think I could or would like to run. I'm done with the long distance (10+ miles), I'm pretty sure 10K is going to be my fave distance. Excited to improve my 5K time too.
