70lbs into my weight loss journey. On track for hitting my goal weight by my 35th birthday in January. I love working out! Right now its weight lifting, running and spinning. I have done 2 Komen breast cancer 3-days (walking 60 miles in 3 days). I ran my first 5k in Sept. I stay busy running a photography business and have 2 kids that consume most of my time. Eating healthy is getting easier and easier.

ChaLEAN Extreme & TurboFire challenge
I've done ChaLean Extreme 2 times and I've never been stronger or more muscular in my life. Amazing program! Just started P90X (I did it for 4 weeks way prior to Chalean) and I KNOW I will stick with P90X this time because of how strong I got with Chalean extreme.

Day 1- P90X
Thanks! I agree I love it but the workouts are long! I am skipping the 90 min yoga for now and running 3 miles on the treadmill instead. In the past I've done the first month 2 different times. This time I want to make it through 90 days. I should have plenty of time starting in Jan, just need to make the time this month.

Day 1- P90X
Day 1 of P90X! It has been over a year since I've done it. I spent the last year doing several rounds of Chalean Extreme, training for the Komen 3-day walk (60 miles) and learning to RUN Smile I was very surprised I could do 10 standard push ups on my toes today! Guess all the super slow push ups in Chalean Extreme have prepared me.
