It's Monday morning and I just weighed in. Still at 182 pounds. Gonna shoot for around 1200 calories today since I had my fast day yesterday.

Consumed about 1000 calories yesterday. Today I had a breakfast consisting of 2 sausage links, one scrambled egg, and wheat toast. I had a 5.5 oz glass of V8. No lunch today. Going for a total calorie count of around 600 for the day. For dinner, I am having Progresso Italian traditional wedding soup.

I had made some homemade beef chili earlier in the week. Have a little over a cup left, and will finish it off with 2 tamales for dinner. I am going to add a half of slice of American cheese to the chili. Not a healthy dinner, but at least I am getting rid of it. I should hit about 1000 or so calories today. Tomorrow will be better, just breakfast and Italian wedding soup by Progressso.
