down to 173lbs. Doing better than expected. Having a filet mignon and baked tater with green beans. 9lbs in 5 weeks is not too shabby. Maybe another 5lbs before my art show in May.

Did not lose any weight for over a week, then today I weighed 3 lbs less. Maybe water retention. I've lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks. Only went over my limit by 8 calories one time. I gifted myself at Outback Steakhouse. A 6 oz filet with a plain baked tater with just a pat of butter. My salad was the house, with no dressing. I am waiting for a dough ball that has been in the fridge for 14 days. I have 3 days before it is ready to use.
