Mother of three small children whom I'd like to be around for a long time. I have been overweight my entire life, along with my entire family mostly. This is the second time in my life that I have been seriously serious about losing weight. The first time was in 2003 after having my first son. I lost 70 lbs in 6 months, thought I was fine enough and so I quit and regained the weight back. This time is more for health than vanity. I want to live and live to the fullest! I am married to a man who like his woman thick, he'll have to get over it, seeing as though he stands 6'3" and a fit 195lbs. He wants to gain weight, more power to him. My goal is to reach a healthy weight in due time. My only race is within myself. A rtace to a better quality of life!

Feeling light headed
I have been feeling the same lately. Especially this past week following low carb plan, my appetite is low so I've lnoy eaten protein(meat). Maybe I should up my calories they have been low this wknd.
