Desde os 12 anos fui obeso. Aos 18 anos emagreci de 105 para 78 Kg. Aos 20 anos já tinha engordado tudo de novo... Foi aí que descobri que tão difícil quanto emagrecer é se manter magro!
Desisti por causa disso.
Hoje estou com 33 anos e 140kg.
