Sticking to my diet but no loss this week.....oh well! This was a week of Kale which I love. I think I have to cut my portions a bit at supper. Got some stevia which I like very much and have not touched wheat flour, sugars or most things white. The next week will be a week of hearty unstarchy veggie soups for supper, yum!
Will keep on truckin'.
