Fist meal from the Atkins site meal planning I did for the week. Cheese baked eggs...YUM, It is nice to know I won't have to 'plan' my meals all week-they are all printed out and I bought all the ingredients yesterday :)

Had some bloodwork done yesterday including my anual liver check (I have the same liver disease my hubby had to do chemo for). I am also hoping to see my cholesterol levels and compare them to last year to see how they look :)

Downloaded a weeks worth of menus from the Atkins site-just to change it up a bit. TOM is almost gone thank goodness-hoping to see some scale movement in the downward direction. Feeling very bloated in the 'gut' area today.
