Weighed myself with clothes today, its getting cold now. I expected it to be a bit higher, but the scale says I'm down to 9st even in my boots. I really need to get back on my diet.

Just been sick, and I'm a lot lighter than last weekend. Not sure if that's related or not, but I certainly don't feel so good.
Staying at a hotel friday to monday ... English breakfast included in the price, but I expect a balanced diet for the rest of the day will be quite expensive. Any tips?

Food today: Small bowl of nachos, 4 slices of breaded mushroom, 1 meat and potato pie. No known nutrition values for any of these (so I can't put them in my diary), but I bet it isn't good.
Drink today: 2 glasses of wine, 3 cups of tea, and an isotonic energy drink.
Tips welcome

I've not been tracking my diet for a few days, but figured I should at least keep trying. Motivation is so hard to find without support from friends.
Surprised at how high my weight is after the lapse ... I feel like I've hardly been eating.
