No workouts were done today. I had been busy all day. I ended up working on some writing. Maybe tomorrow I can crush some workouts

Hello Morganstuart, Something that helps me are movement snacks, research on the internet, when I need to spend time sitting at the PC, every hour I make a movement snack, it helps burn calories, to be more active during the day, to improve physical abilities, and above all you get the good habit of being active :)
