woha....I thought I was sore yesterday. today.....woha.

oh well, I know it's only a short term thing of my body adjusting. gotta keep with it this time. I'm definitely too heavy right now. not the heaviest I've been, but we'll close enough

wow... I am so sore. it's been too long since I worked out. I've kicked it up a notch....35 min on the nordic track then (10 pushups and 30 situps) x 2. wow...so sore
