Wow I cannot believe how quickly the calories and fat builds up when you aren't being super careful!
I have one cheat day a week which is the day I weigh, after putting what I had into my food diary I ate so many calories! over 2000 which is insane! No wonder I felt so bloated after!
I was off to a bad start today as well, as I forgot my slim fast shake at work so by the time I got home it was lunch time and I'd skipped breakfast :( so had a bit of a bigger lunch which is SO not the right way to do things at all! So will need to do something light for tea, not the planned turkey chilli con carne with brown rice that can be tomorrow! Today is my high carb day though so I'm not too worried about being over my 100g of carbs today , will be strict the rest of the week though! :) Feeling good though, I know I will need to be very strict for the rest of the week but I kind of miss all those veggies I've been eating so that's a good thing!

So i've been really good this week and I lost a further 4 pounds! :) I'm really chuffed with myself as that totals at half a stone so fa. I'm really happy I'm seeing results, for the following week I am going to set myself a challenge of exercise ! The past two weeks i have relied on me walking to and from work which adds up to about 1hour20mins of walking but I want to step it up a notch. So my plan is, taking into consideration when i'm working.... to do a workout dvd monday, thursday, friday and saturday and perhaps do a mini workout tuesday after work. See how that pans out. As for the diet, not eating potatoes or bread definitely works but is sooooo difficult, so I'm gonna allow myself one day i can eat potatoes near the beginning of the week, not fussed about the bread. And just keep up with eating the fish and chicken with lots of veggies and salad which I've really enjoyed this week :)
