So since I graduated college I've had a steady weight increase. When the scale tipped 330 last year at my annual physical I knew that I had to seriously make a change in my life. I lost 50 pounds total last year but put but 15 back on this year.
My goal this year was to get the 15 I put on pounds off and to be under 220 pounds by the end of the year. My end goal weight is 145
