so life and work have gotten in the way recently. I'm now re-focused and ready to go forward again

So I'm not surprised by seeing the 1 pound gain, I had to ditch the SB phase 1 yesterday due to a great friends out of town wedding. I took nuts and string cheese with me hoping that they would tide me over but what I didn't know what that the reception was only going to be sugary-sweet items and carbs :(.
So now I've got to jump back on the wagon, and get going with SB phase one and tack on an additional day or so to correct for this. But I can tell you there is certainly a difference in how I feel this morning vs how I felt the previous days

I had my final weigh in at my gym for my class, I've lost 4 inches from my waist and more than 5% body fat :)
