Can anyone help me with the weight loss ticker? Mine has not moved or changed for months. I don't know how to adjust it.

What is the formula if you just want to maintain weight? I am trying to find just the right amount of carbs I should have in a day. Not trying to lose any more, but definitely don't want to gain either. I weigh approx 150, and have been trying to stay around 1500 calories.

I think it is showing 174 and it should be 158 as of today. I don't know why it isn't updating when I weigh in.
