I am a 28 years old, single mom, that used to be very fit before motherhood took over my life and I want get back there. I don't like diets, and I like to eat what I want. I loved to exercise, but my life is so many busy sometimes, I often find myself falling off the wagon..lol If I can just find th perfect balance between food and exercise, then my life would be much better and I"ll have a better self- image.
