I'm 29 years old and have always been up and down with my weight. It was until 2 years ago when I met my boyfriend that things got worse, we enjoyed the dinners and ice cream a little too much. We knew what the consequences were going to be, but we were just having too much fun! Now we both have quite a bit of weight to lose but the good thing is we're in this together along with both of our families and friends supporting us along the way, which is so important!
We have decided to try the Atkin's diet because sugar has always been a problem for me, so I thought this would teach me how to not include it so much in my diet. I'm on Day 4 and I feel great, I love the amount of energy I have and that not full feeling after eating! I'm going to stay positive and on this track until I reach my goals. My best friend is getting married this year and I need to look like the old ME in that dress, as well as for my own wedding!
These next few years are going to be filled with so many life long memories that I want to look & feel my very best for!!!!
